internet outage Carnegie Victoria

Have noticed an internet outage around 6am in Carnegie Victoria. Still out at 7am. Please raise an incident with NBNCo if required.

Resetting broadband modem as per instructions didn't work.

AGL tech support unreachable until 8am.

AI bot forwards to Energy team, who can't even take down a complaint against AGL.
