We have gone and removed personal details you have shared as this is a public forum.

If you want to disconnect your AGL internet service, please contact us.

To make sure you’re not left without an internet connection, make sure you sign up with your new provider before contacting us to arrange a disconnection. . When you are connected with your new provider, you can then contact us to request disconnection.
