Very slow upload speeds during peak hours

Everything is fine normally, but at peak times the upload speed drops to an unbelievable level, from roughly 20MB/s to 0.3MB/s. This makes it completely impossible to make video calls or play online games (huge packet loss, probably around 40%).BTW The download speed is fine

I see that many people are troubled by the same problem. What can I do to fix it?

Hi @NIKZZ , there have indeed been a few similar reports lately, and our network team is looking into this to confirm whether there's an underlying issue. In the mean time, your best bet will be to get in touch with support and have them do some troubleshooting for you. The community here may be able to offer some advice as well, but since support will have access to your account, they'll be best able to assist.
