Hi there, my internet speed has been slow since early May.
It has gotten worse about 10 days ago to the point where I can no longer have video calls during work and it is extremely inconvenient.
I have reset modem, called tech support, run speed test, refreshed Wi-Fi. Nothing seems to solve the issue.
Thinking to switch but trying for one last time for a fix.
