I have received the eero- plugged it into the power outlet and the Ethernet outlet in the wall, checked to see if the NBN box it on. But it’s still says can’t connect to the internet. What am l doing wrong?
Unplug it and replug it into power. Then wait until it fully boots back up – this should take about 2 minutes. Next, try power cycling your modem. If there's an on/off switch, switch it off and wait for 30 seconds before switching it back on.
