NBN Outage 3039

NBN has completely dropped out today in Moonee Ponds 3039. No updates from Southern Phone, NBN Co or AGL to say there is an issue. Have followed all the troubleshooting advice and nothing is working! Is there a network issue following the storms today or is it just my house?

I am so sorry to hear your internet hasn't been working since it has dropped out for you Yesterday.

With the connection, I recommend testing an alternate DSL cable if you are on FTTN/FTTB, or if you are on any other connection type which requires a NBN box, please test an alternative ethernet cable to see if there is any difference.
