I am so sorry to hear the internet keeps dropping out for you, I can't begin to imagine how frustrating this will be for you.
A couple things we can suggest is to test an alternative ethernet cable if your connection has a NBN box, or if not to test an alternative DSL cable.
I will advise if this doesn't help with the drop outs, we can look into making a few changes with configuring the modem.
