Hi AGL, 

This is disappointing.

 

Please do the fair thing and provide me with a partial refund for my last internet bill. 

I did not sign up for this abysmal performance. See results from a recent speed test below.

I think just about everyone on AGL internet is getting these issues. I am on the 1000/50 plan and after 5pm my speeds drop to 20mb

I’m experiencing the same issue. Got AGL internet connected a few days ago. 

Every day from 6PM to 11PM, the speed is horribly unstable. Drop-outs, extremely slow upload speed, webpages can’t load etc. 

 

Took speed tests every day, the following speeds were what I bought for?

I’ve checked the forum here, lots of people having the same issue. This is definitely AGL network issue. AGL is not resolving the issue still, people resolved the issue by changing ISP. After changing ISP, no more such issues.

@David_AGL I am seeing slow internet speeds. under 4 mbps!
