Yes, customer service and technical support team. I don’t think that will change anything. As many other cases you can see on the AGL neighbourhood community, many customers are experiencing the same issue. This is definitely an AGL networking backend/DNS issue, not customer side, David. Just got AGL FTTP connected this Wednesday, same issue. Everyday between 6PM - 11PM, very bad internet. Download speed unstable, drop-outs, low upload speed (0.5 mbps), this is not usable.    Will AGL actually fix the issue? You shouldn’t still sell a faulty product to customers. I’ll change ISP if this can’t be fixed shortly.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Got AGL internet connected a few days ago. Every day from 6PM to 11PM, the speed is horribly unstable. Drop-outs, extremely slow upload speed, webpages can’t load etc. Took speed tests every day, the following speeds were what I bought for?  I’ve checked the forum here, lots of people having the same issue.
