If it were me I would ring, ask for manager and tell them I am referring matter to telecommunications Ombudsman. They HATE Ministerials so this followed up by confirming proposed action in an email should get some immediate action. If not, contact the Ombudsman and lodge a complaint. I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with your Internet service. It sounds really frustrating. Since you've already contacted multiple AGL agents and the Expert team without resolution, I recommend StudentVUE reaching out to AGL's Customer Service Manager or Complaints Department. They might have more authority to address and resolve your issue.

I am so sorry to hear this is the experience you have had with us and having the internet disconnected on you.
I will advise this is handled by the escalation team as well, we would be able to take a look into this for you further, see why the internet was disconnected.
Once the internet has been disconnected, it is situational base on how we can get this reconnected for you. If the service has been disconnected due to no payment, then you will need to make a payment of the full balance on the account and we can sign up for a new service. If it is suspended, we can set up a payment plan and unsuspend your account once you make a payment of 50% of the balance.
However if it is not disconnected or suspended because of the balance, then you will need to call us on 131245 or contact us on our live chat platform so we can order a new service for you.
