Re: AGL cut my Internet without notifying me. Waiting for 12th day already.

If it were me I would ring, ask for manager and tell them I am referring matter to telecommunications Ombudsman. They HATE Ministerials so this followed up by confirming proposed action in an email should get some immediate action. If not, contact the Ombudsman and lodge a complaint. That's what they are there for, so use them. Good Luck. Denise
