eSIM Activation Drama

Our family has ported 3 numbers over AGL (eSims), they have ported the 3 numbers (we got an email confirmation that that the new service is now active) as result the prior carrier disconnected the service on the number however AGL has not provided QR activation code.

 

This QR code has not been provided in an email, the QR code cannot be obtained from the website login account page.  

 

How are we to contact AGL when its past 9AM on a working day and the "Chat with us online"
feature is offline and we cannot call them as the numbers are not QR activated on the phone.

 

This is wrong on all levels, leaving family members with no activate service or way to call them.

This situation is completely unacceptable and quite shocking. We are unable to contact AGL due to AGL turning off the service with the prior provider (successful port), and the online chat feature is still unavailable / offline.
