Credit Card Surcharge

I have my bills to be paid via direct debit. Why does a Credit Card Surcharge appear on my bill?

Hi @bknig30 

If the direct debit is set up with a credit/debit card then you will still be charges that credit card surcharge.
I recommend you set up a direct debit with a bank account if you don't want any surcharges.
