Hi AllI just signed up with AGL internet.Have been with TPG for years on Fixed Wireless.NBNco upgraded the Fixed Wireless tower so better speeds are available, TPG don’t offer any other speeds so I decided to join AGL and get the Fixed Wireless Plus plan.Expected speeds supposed to be 65/6 but I still get the same speeds that I had with TPG, 25/4.Just wondering what other people experience on this ...

Internet bill rising from $54 to $82.99

I don’t know if anyone has the same issue. I just got the internet bill for December and it is extremely higher than my regular plan fee. I am on a $54 monthly plan but it is $82.99. I searched my mailbox and there is no any notification regarding this. I am not sure if it is an error.

I changed my internet provider nearly 2 years ago from escapenet to agl on a tp link modem. For those 2 years I haven't been able to use WiFi even though I'm paying for it.  Reached out for support so many times but get nothing.  Please help!

I don't know why AGL cut my Internet since last Monday. I talked to over 10 AGL agents but no use. Even, I talked to AGL compliant team (called Expert team) but still the same. Who from AGL can help to resume my Internet?

Thank you for a wonderful connection. It was seamless,  I was unaware of the ISP change.  If possible,  in future connections send a courtesy text to say welcome to AGL Internet, you are now connected!It looked silly for your staff and myself checking on an enquiry that shouldn't have been.
