I also received an unexpected email this morning (10:40am, 1 May 2026) stating, “We’ve set up your new nbn plan…”. This is the first communication I’ve had regarding any change. The new plan appears to move me from $94/month for 500/50 Mbps to $109/month for 87/18 Mbps, which is a significant downgrade in both price and performance. There was no prior notice, explanation, or consent requested for this change. That is not acceptable.
