Questions and discussion about AGL's Internet plans and your AGL Internet account
Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with my internet connection and I need your help. I work from home and my internet has been down for the last 3 hours. I have tried the following things: DogNeedsBest
Troubleshooting the network on my PC
Turning off and on the modem and router several times
Contacting the customer service team, but they were not helpful and told me to call back tomorrow
Calling the customer service again, but they were closed even though they are supposed to be open 24/7
I’m very frustrated and I don’t know what else to do. I can’t work without the internet and I don’t want to switch to another provider. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions for me? I appreciate any advice or feedback.
