At this moment, I waited for 12 days but still no Internet connection. Are you kidding me that AGL needs 4 month to setup? What kind of SLA it is? 

I talked 4 hours with multiple agents but no use. I am really disappointed with such a worst customer services to their customers.

I don't think AGL will care it. fyi. I wait for 12 days but still no response 

I don't know why AGL cut my Internet since last Monday. I talked to over 10 AGL agents but no use. Even, I talked to AGL compliant team (called Expert team) but still the same. Who from AGL can help to resume my Internet?
