I would like to advise that as this is not a secure platform, we won't be ablr to look into this for you unfortuantely.
What I can advise though, is if you can please contact us on 131245, or on our live chat platform, we will be able to look into this further for you and see why the discount wasn't applied.
I would like to mention, if you have signed up with us before the discount was offered, we won't be able to get the promotional discount on your internet plan.

Thank you for your reply. Before looking into my case in a secure channel, I would like to ask one more question.
I signed up my AGL account for gas and electricity a couple of years ago. I just started using AGL Internet 2 weeks ago using my existing AGL account. Do you mean I am not eligible for the promotional Internet discount in my case?
