I haven’t received the first instalment of the energy bill relief fund and my concession card is eligible. I’ve confirmed with Centrelink and checked numerous times with AGL that it is all in the system with the correct details. I rang AGL the other day and the person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do and I missed out and I’ll get the second payment even though I was eligible and all my details were correct. Surely this can’t be right as I have done everything correctly and have made sure numerous times that my concession details were recorded correctly.
