I’m at my wits end and can’t believe I can never find anyone to help me cancel my mobile and change internet plans to make it more affordable. Every time I try no one can help me and my bill just keeps getting bigger and stays suspended and I’m doing my best to fix this but apparently it’s not possible. I haven’t received the first instalment of the energy bill relief fund and my concession card is eligible. I’ve confirmed with Centrelink and checked numerous times with AGL that it is all in the system with the correct details.
