I have closed my electricity and gas account. I've received an email asking me to contact them to process the refund. I have no time to make a call during daytime. Nobody responds on my chat message. The "message" link on this page https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/energy/billing-and-payments/payments/request-a-refund-or-credit#... does nothing other than just opening my login page.
Can you just automatically process the refund? If not, can someone contact me and show the next step?
