Rate matching

Good afternoon,

i just joined and have been offered lower rates by origin who I was previously with; subsequently your customer support advises they can’t do any better, I have a pdf quote from origin and would be happy to move my gas over otherwise I’ll go back to them with my internet and electricity.

Can I have someone call me or reply here if I provide rates offered to match it?

Note I also have my parents rates with agl in the same suburb so I know you are capable of providing me the rates I’ve been offered from origin and matching / beating the rates they have offered.

Hi @Brentb, unfortunately we won't be able to resolve a query about your specific account here, but it sounds like you've already spoken to customer service about this -  and they're not able to match the rates. Sorry about that.
