Sometimes our system may take a couple of business days to update your account after a payment is made, especially if the payment was made via bank transfer or BPAY. This can result in a reminder message being sent even though your payment is on its way to us.
Please rest assured that once the payment clears, the reminder will no longer appear on your account.
