the man from AGL solutions told me that Gas bill for 16 November has been put on hold until we hear from DHS Your Utility Relief Grants Scheme (URGS) hardship application request. Application Number: Submission Number: 

Please can you check this progress ??

You can check the progress of your URGS application online, you will need your submission number and application number to login to the portal, this will tell you the status of your application.
