1st of all it is very Unnecessary for the Need to have Bluetooth on to create a Passkey !! I have a Passkey for my Bank and Centrelink and Never Needed Bluetooth Turned On to create this - 2ndly its very STUPID THAT WE NEED SCREEN LOCK ENABLED ON OUR PHONE TO COMPLETE THE BLUETOOTH PASSKEY PROCESS !!! AGL NEEDS TO CHANGE THIS WAY SO WE DONT NEED BLUETOOTH or /and SCRREN LOCK ENABLED ON OUR MOBILE PHONE !!!

I just had a Look at that - its a Rip Off because - its already set on 60 days - and everything on that page is deliberately very Unclear - and if U accidently click anything it goes to Payment -Once a month - which is What we DONT want !!!! Now they wont Pick up the phone - to change it back to 60 days - this is all done deliberately !!! Once we accidently changed that setting - it does Not let Us go back to change it again - this is all Deliberate !!!

Next Gas bill Online account says -Next bill issued in 37 days( so what happened to every 60 days)??

what is My new Application Number: ?? and Submission Number: ?? For my URGS application ?? For the Application I made for the gas bill ??? 11th January 2024
