I just had a Look at that - its a Rip Off because - its already set on 60 days - and everything on that page is deliberately very Unclear - and if U accidently click anything it goes to Payment -Once a month - which is What we DONT want !!!! Now they wont Pick up the phone - to change it back to 60 days - this is all done deliberately !!! Once we accidently changed that setting - it does Not let Us go back to change it again - this is all Deliberate !!!

Next Gas bill Online account says -Next bill issued in 37 days( so what happened to every 60 days)??

what is My new Application Number: ?? and Submission Number: ?? For my URGS application ?? For the Application I made for the gas bill ??? 11th January 2024

Hy AGL,the man from AGL solutions told me that Gas bill for 16 November has been put on hold until we hear from DHS Your Utility Relief Grants Scheme (URGS) hardship application request. Application Number: Submission Number: Please can you check this progress ??
