I have not received the first quarterly instalment of the Federal Energy Bill Relief payment via my AGL account.

I have been eligible before and nothing has changed. When can I expect the first credit to me AGL account?

1 October 2024 - I can't see the Energy Rebate anywhere. Do we have to ask for it?

Where do I find the private message? I am eligible for the energy rebate
but can’t see it coming through

Hi VicUser, If you have an active electricity account, you will receive up to $300 credit on your electricity bill over the 2024–25 financial year (1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025). This is broken down into $75 credit every quarter. Please check the credits section on your electricity bill for further clarification. Cheers, Deepesh

AGL rang me a few days ago and were to send the application form via email for energy relief. This has not arrived.
