Hi @Colins1953 , you can access any of your past bills by logging into My Account. You can also set up your communication preferences there so that your bill is sent to your preferred email address.

I have tried to go into my account but AGL appears to have a problem. Pretty simple request now that no hardcopy of bill is being sent out. Please forward a detailed copy of my last electricity bill.
