Yet another frustrating encounter with AGL Customer Service

AGL has THE worst Customer Service of any Australian organisation, Every single time I just get obstruction, obfuscation, and hostile staff. Recent query was about a Body Corporate fee. Woman who answered just kept citing privacy act and that I couldn't query a bill. Well, fair enough I suppose, but to all my queries about next steps and how to resolve this, she kept repeating over and over again that she wasn't going to break privacy laws "just because I wanted her to" - said an extremely hostile manner -  and telling me I had to change my tone. Why didn't she offer me next steps? How about this? "I'm sorry but I can't provide you with information on this account due to privacy laws so yr next step is to contact the body corporate and ask an authorised person to query the charges or, alternatively, authorise you as account holder. Is that so hard? Seriously AGL, you have the worst customer service. EVER.

I'm sorry for the delay in my response. 

I want to both Thank you and apologize. I'll start by thanking you for respecting that for privacy reasons we do have to hold information about accounts private if you aren't listed on them, but I'll apologise as our support team should have given you some information on what you can do to be able to get this or who to reach out to. 

I'm going to send you a Private Message to get some further information on this and assist where I can.
