Yet another frustrating encounter with AGL Customer Service

AGL has THE worst Customer Service of any Australian organisation, Every single time I just get obstruction, obfuscation, and hostile staff. Recent query was about a Body Corporate fee. Woman who answered just kept citing privacy act and that I couldn't query a bill.
