I get an Email from you people saying that "Due to you having a Smart Meter, we are changing your billing cycle from Quarterly to Monthly".
Well, this does not work for me and I wish to stay on Quarterly Cycles, but it looks like i dont get that option.
Furthermore, if I am late on payment, you will charge me a late fee - fair enough, but now this could happen 3 times as opposed to just once.
If i dont get an option on when my payment cycle happens, i will find another supplier.
AGL Energy have gone downhill over the last few years, But they could not care less.
