VPP rewards

In December 25, I signed up for AGL Battery Rewards and the AGL VPP. The battery rewards are paid with a maximum period of 3 months and in 7 months I have received 3 payments. For the VPP the rewards are not credited for 12 months. I am fine with that for this year, however going forward I would like to see the rewards credited at a maximum of 3 months if I am to renew this plan for 2027.

While we can't change the terms of a plan and the credits on an individual, I will pass on the recommendation to our teams in charge of these as a suggestion of what our customers would prefer.
