Hi AGL,

For the past 12 months I have been paying $72 per fortnight through smooth billing. This payment has put my account in credit almost $600 in 12 months. Now, I have received an email letting me know that you’ve INCREASED my fortnightly payment, even though the previous and lesser amount I was paying left me in credit $600.

why would you increase my payments when I’m clearly already overpaying?

Hi MarleeJaynne,

It sounds like we may have gotten our calculations incorrect here!

If you haven't already, I encourage you to get in touch with our customer service team here for further assistance.

Kind regards,

Same here. Got our bill saying we were $550 plus in credit and that we could leave it or take a refund, so we took a $300 refund, still leaving it $250 plus in credit but then received an email saying it had increased from $256 to $349 even though we have been sometimes over $1000 in credit when receiving the bill. It's going to make it harder to pay now.
