Hi AGL, For the past 12 months I have been paying $72 per fortnight through smooth billing. This payment has put my account in credit almost $600 in 12 months. Now, I have received an email letting me know that you’ve INCREASED my fortnightly payment, even though the previous and lesser amount I was paying left me in credit $600. why would you increase my payments when I’m clearly already overpaying?
