We are almost $700 in credit and on bill smoothing and are wondering if we take a payment holiday from our bill smoothing, instead of payments going up, which we can't afford to pay more, both of us on pensions, can the payment be taken from the credit instead?

Same here. Got our bill saying we were $550 plus in credit and that we could leave it or take a refund, so we took a $300 refund, still leaving it $250 plus in credit but then received an email saying it had increased from $256 to $349 even though we have been sometimes over $1000 in credit when receiving the bill. It's going to make it harder to pay now.
