If we do not extend your plan you will notified via a recontacting letter sent to your billing method of choice that will advise your current plan is expiring and outline what plan you will roll onto if you don't get in contact with us.
If we do not contact you, your current plan will continue, however please note when the notice refers to your energy plan period, this only refers to the length of the plan, this does not mean your current rates are fixed.
During this time we would recommend you do visit our websites to compare our current offers so you can ensure you are on the best plan moving forward.
