Paid bill using incorrect reference number

I paid my gas bill using an incorrect reference number.


I saved AGL as a payee through my online banking using a previous gas bills details. 

Not realising the reference number changes for each bill I paid my new bill! It’s due in 5 days and saying I still haven’t paid it.

How to I get the money I paid allocated to my account? I have all the receipts saved.

Just get in touch with customer service via phone or web chat or log in to your My Account and click "Message Us" and they'll be able to sort things out.
