Unfortunately i had forgotten about an insurance payment to be taken out of my account and so therefore there want enough money in account to pay for smoothing payments, what will happen now?

If this amount is due to be taken soon, then I encourage you to get in touch with our customer service team here who'll be able to push back the due date for you.
Sorry think you might of miss read my question. I had already missed the direct debit payment, so I've missed a payment. Do I need to make it up?
