I paid my gas bill using an incorrect reference number. I saved AGL as a payee through my online banking using a previous gas bills details. Not realising the reference number changes for each bill I paid my new bill! It’s due in 5 days and saying I still haven’t paid it.How to I get the money I paid allocated to my account? I have all the receipts saved.
