No bill received and smart meter not providing any data to app

Our smart meter for our electricity has stopped providing data over a month ago.

We haven't also received our bill, which is a month late.

Tried phoning AGL - phone line drops out

Tried using messenger - no one is able to assist.

Can't complain about the customer service.......there isn't any !

We have the same situation. No online usage data since mid June and our bill for the past three months not received.
