No bill received and smart meter not providing any data to app

Our smart meter for our electricity has stopped providing data over a month ago.We haven't also received our bill, which is a month late.Tried phoning AGL - phone line drops outTried using messenger - no one is able to assist.Can't complain about the customer service.......there isn't any !
