My enquiry to AGL has been marked as 'solved' after I received a private message, effectively removing it from public viewing. My enquiry was not resolved and a proposed review not taken. My enquiries to the 'private' message are now not being answered.

AGL does NOT want their customers who have a Credit of more than $ ++++:00 to be able to get some MONEY (overpayments) Not including the Government Rebates,Reimbursed for which I had done on multitude of times over these past few years. I was told earlier today by an AGL phone call that this will not happen. So if that is the case AGL, I feel that this is almost Borderline Extortion, THEFT, and RIPPED OFF. You will lose a good Customer, and then I will have NO choice but to Get another Power Supplier then AGL has no choice but to REIMBURSE ALL CREDIT and I have Mailed my concerns to APRA, ACCC and the local government member for BLAIR. And they gave me Great advice, So I hope this does NOT have to go down that PATH. But It seems AGL Likes TAKING but Not Reimbursing OVERPAYMENTS in the $ XXXX:XX
