Yeah, That's what happened to me, Now they are holding more than $ 1700:00 + which they gave me GARBAGE about the Default plan. Plus and they don't want me to GIVE MY CREDIT BACK. After all, Its MY Money, Not AGL's.I'm SHOPPING AROUND FOR A DIFFERENT Supplier. NOT HAPPY

CENTRELINK pays my Electricity ONCE every fortnight via Centrepay, That's 2 payments per month, AGL receives that amount and splits the amount into 2 separate but equaling the deductions they Split 1 payment into 2 payments from my CENTRELINK CENTREPAY PAYMENT SYSTEM.....I have NOW STOPPED THAT, so I am now looking for a NEW ENERGY Supplier, No thank you AGL. I CANNOT TRUST AGL ANYMORE so I am LOOKING Elsewhere

I know now why ! AGL does NOT want their customers who have a Credit of more than $ ++++:00 to be able to get some MONEY (overpayments) Not including the Government Rebates,Reimbursed for which I had done on multitude of times over these past few years.
