On the 30th JUNE I asked for a REFUND, AGL TYPICALLY did not Respondto my REQUEST. AS USUAL,*personal details removed*PLEASE WITHDRAW a refund of $ 800:00 to the above account.

They cut me OFF.

I have a LARGE CREDIT with AGL & no one from AGL will now contact me via Emails only regarding this matter. Now they BLOCK MY EMAILS, so I have NO contact with AGL at all. THEY ARE JUST RIPPING ME & OTHERS OFF. It's that SIMPLE. CON ARTIST.Time to change ELECTRICTY Company I think. Then they'll have NO choice but to GIVE ME over the $ 1400:00 credit back.

Why wont AGL accept my emails ?
