Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
My electricity bill should be sent monthly by email. The period ended on July 17, 2023 but I have not yet seen the bill--today is 31 July. Looking at my account, the bill projection looks like a quarterly figure.
The messaging and chat don't work and I'm not devoting a day or so to waiting on the phone.
Does AGL have a system problem with the new rates?
