Joined AGL from Red Energy over a month ago, but Gas still showing "setup in progress"

I transferred from Red Energy to AGL over 4 weeks ago, but my gas is still showing as "setup in progress". I even received a phone call from AGL at the beginning of my transfer asking for help in setting up electricity, so why is the gas still stuck on "setup in progress."
