I paid bill twice

I paid my electricity bill twice by accident. Then I was charged twice. What can I do to solve this problem?

If you've accidentally paid your bill twice, then you'll simply need to contact our customer service team to request a refund of the over payment. You can find ways to get in touch with them here.

My bill was Direct debited twice as well! on the same day. Can I just keep it as credited on my account and then hopefully not have anything to pay on the next bill?

You can certainly keep the credit on the account and it will roll over onto your next bill.
