Hi I just got my 3 month bill an I think I was taken for a ride I’m the only one that lives here an my bill is 890 dollars that’s ridiculous an my last bill was 280 can it be a mistake that I put the wrong meter number in the day I was  billed  last ???

Yes, there is an option to change tariff, we do recommend that people contact us directly as different tariffs might not be available in distribution areas.

Got the old meter removed, have been tracking usage since our Aldi solar system and battery were installed in Feb so we just received a estimated bill same as previous for $1200 when grid consumption has dropped by 80%.
that is called fraud.

Hi @BeWin 

If your meter was changed, the important thing would be to identify where the estimate is coming from.  Either the end read of the previous meter, or assuming you have got a smart meter as you mention you have solar, a connection dropout when we were receiving the interval data and instead getting an estimate from your distributor or meter data provider.
