some one on this site said that if your electricity is far too high then it could be that there is grow house near you who has tapped into your meter. Grow house presumably means some one growing seed meaning marijuana . I notice there is a high house near by who has an outside light on all day 24 7 . It is a small light that stays perpetually open 24 hours seven days a week. Could some one have tapped into my meter. and how can AGL check this ? please advise.
