I have been contacted over a dozen times in a week by 03 8633 7435 and despite not being an AGL customer for nearly 12 months i am continuing to get these calls asking if i want the service. NO I DON'T. i will also be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman.
I asked when i took the call to be removed form the database of calls yet it still hasn't been done. It is incredible how appallingly you treat customers/former customers and the disregard for peoples requests and privacy.
not to mention calls coming in after business hours eg at 8:30pm two nights ago.
disgusting.
