WHY DO I CONTINUALLY get emails saying "We have a cheaper plan for you" but when i go online and do a chat with a staff member they say "No that plan is not cheaper" . I waste my time every time doing this. This whole new system of giving up the cheapest plan is a nonsence. It's confusing and time wasting-which it is designed to do. Either get the information correct or stop sending it out to me.
