Energy-Only Plan

Hi, I am a residential customer in a Victorian embedded network operated by SUPA Energy.

The site has an Embedded Network Manager (Intellihub) and I have an NMI. SUPA has confirmed that I am able to exercise Power of Choice and that SUPA would continue billing me separately for network charges only.

Does AGL offer an energy-only retail plan for embedded network customers in Victoria? If so, could you please provide the applicable tariff information?

We will be able to put in for a plan so that you are able to have an AGL plan.

This process is best completed over the phone. Before you contact us, I'll advise collecting the following information as it will be needed to process the request:

• Meter Number
• NMI (National Meter Identifier)
• Supply Address
• ENM (Embedded Network Manager) Name
• Current account number with ENM

The rates that you will get do depend on the distribution area and plan selected, it's also important to understand that the charges you would receive from AGL will be based on your usage and part of the daily supply charge, the network costs, also known as NUOS charges will be charges by the embedded network operator.
